My name is Ollie Thornton, I’ve won numerous bodybuilding shows and done over 20 photoshoots. This 16 week plan will help you drop incredible amounts of body fat and add muscle.

Results will depend on your start point. But can expect major changes. 

Are the Nutrition Plans Personalised?

Yes. We aim to mirror what you’re doing right now and tweak things to make sure that you’ll see results (Unless what you’re doing right now is horrendous, then we will completely overhaul your nutrition).

Our mission is to show you how to eat the foods you love and still get in shape.

Why will this be different to anything I've tried before? 

If something hasn't worked before, it's down to a poor plan thats not been customised to you - or you lacked the support of a good coach.

With this plan, you get my best, science-backed advice, personalised plans, and ongoing support throughout.

Is 16-Week Shred suitable for women? 

Yes, this plan will work for men or women. It's 100% personalised.

I travel a lot/I'm not a member of a gym/I find it hard to get to the gym… 

You don't need access to a gym, weights, or any specific equipment. I will design your plan training plan to use home workouts or outdoor training. 

I'm a vegetarian/vegan, can I do this plan?

Yes. I personalise the diet (and training) part of the plan for everybody on an individual basis. Any dietary preferences will be respected and taken into account.

Can I still have Dinner with my family?

100%, We create multiple meal plans to choose from.

We also educate you and show you how to swap foods around so that you can factor any meal into your plan.

What if I hit a Plateau?

Our system is designed to burst through plateaus with our Metabolic Blast Phase and our Metabolic Reset Phase. Our coaches monitor your rate of progress very very closely and will implement our Metabolic Reset Phase when/if needed.

Is this program a Crash Diet?

Absolutely not! If you can’t sustain it, You can’t maintain it!

I have a rule with all of my clients that we don’t do anything unrealistic. Even if you beg me to slash calories for faster progress. I won’t, Because I firmly believe in long term sustainability and creating lifelong habits.

I’m a Shift Worker. Is this a problem?

Not at all. In fact I also used to be a shift worker for many years when I previously worked as a welder.

I’m familiar with your struggles around how to structure your nutrition based around your shift patterns, and I can assure you that this will be accounted for in your program.

What happens after the program?

The idea of the program is to give you the tools knowledge and resources so that you can go at it alone. We will assess your physique and come up with a plan of attack for you to continue on your journey.

I don’t know what half of the exercises are called, How do I solve that?

Inside our Exclusive OT Coaching App system, you’ll be provided with customised workout programs which contain video demonstration form tips and exercise tips on how to get the most out of the movements.

Can I still eat out?

First off.. I want you to go out for a Plan Meal once per week with friends or family and forget about everything fitness-related for one evening. Second, once we teach you how calories work, you can effortlessly factor in multiple meals out per week and still see results.

Plus, we give you over 30 Eat Out Guides for all the big-name restaurants when you sign up.

Can I still enjoy the Holidays?

Yes, we have various different strategies for you to enjoy downtime on vacation/travel while still making incredible progress.


We have Commercial Pilots as clients who are essentially the kings of travel and still get life changing results.

Do I need a load of supplements?

This depends on your goal; in one goal, some supplements have no added value and I will not recommend it, in other processes, it is a must to achieve a goal in a healthy way.

This depends on many factors, it is always your choice whether you follow the advice. However, it is very important for Ollie to know whether or not you adhere to the advice, this affects the result but also your health, which is the most important thing.

Experience shows that not everyone has the financial means to purchase all supplements.

Can I access my plan on a desktop computer? 

This plan has been designed to work through my App via a phone or any tablet. You can also use the desktop version on any laptop/Computer.  I recommend the app for convenience, especially the food lists and exercise video guides.
